Quatro de Mayo- Cooking & mixology class
Mexican Cuisine & Cocktails

As in the past, we love to offer a Mexican cuisine cooking class in May to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We will begin the class with a "7-layer taco dip with chips & salsa" and "Carnitas & Bean Slaw”, while enjoying Mexican beer, wine, and our first cocktail, “Mermaid Waters”.
Scott & staff will teach you how to prepare "Chicken Mole”, “Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers”, “Jicama, Orange, & Cucumber Salad”, "Cornbread Tamale Pie”, and "Huevos Rancheros".
You will also learn how to make "Carnitas Pork Tacos with Pico de Gallo & Creamy Lime Guacamole”, “Fire and Ice Salad", and other fun recipes.
Dessert will be “Sopapilla with Fried Ice Cream".
Our drinks selection will be "Beer & Wine", "Tequila Sunrise", "Traditional Margarita", and a "Malibu Seabreeze."
This will be a hands on course, so bring your aprons!!! Samples of all drinks & foods created will be available for your enjoyment. Bring a friend or two and come join in on all of the fun!!!
The class will be held at 11712 E. Boone Ave in the Spokane Valley. The class will start at 6:00 P.M. and last until approximately 8:30 P.M.. You must be 21 years of age or older.
