Got to be excited about these two classes!!!!! On March 7th, Roxane will be hosting a class with recipes to help you with energy. Are you having trouble staying awake and energized throughout the day or showing lack of motivation? Roxane will help you understand and learn ways to keep you energized with eating right and what foods to avoid.
We will start class with “Slow cooker tomato, kale, & quinoa soup”, “Salmon spread with vegetables”, and a “Berry citrus energy drink”.
Following Roxane’s brief introduction, you will join Scott, Roxane, and Pat in the kitchen and learn how to make recipes like “Wild rice & scallion galettes”, “Malaysian turkey & sweet potato curry”, “Vegetable frittata”, and a “Green goddess lettuce wrap”. You will also learn how to make “Grain, gluten, & guilt free pancakes with mixed berries”, “Lemon parsley bean salad”, “Vegetarian black bean sweet potato enchiladas”, and for dessert, “Vegan strawberry cheesecake”. Enjoy a “Triple berry spinach smoothie” and a “Citrus coconut energy drink” during class. There will also be hot tea & kombucha, for you to enjoy.
Cost is $30.00 and starts at 5:45. (hands-on class). $10 discount for taking both classes
On March 8th, we are excited to be teaming up with 2 Loons distillery and hosting a March Madness cooking class, offering some of our most popular and new appetizers. We will be starting the evening with “Lollipop cheese sticks (which were a hit this year at the Taste Spokane event)”, and “Fig & goat cheese crostinis” while enjoying beer, wines, and our first cocktail, “Blackberry lemonade champagne punch”.
During class we will be creating quick and fun recipes for your next get together. You will learn how to make “Sausage stuffed mushrooms”, “Taco salad bites”, “Sweet potato crostinis with smoked salmon & crème fraise” and “Gruyere & parmesan beignets”. We will also be preparing “Blue cheese biscuits with beef sirloin & horseradish cream”, “Sausage cheddar rolls”, and “Mini stuffed tomatoes”. For our desserts, you will get to enjoy “Bananas foster baby cakes” & “Key lime macaroons.
Our cocktail selection by 2 Loons Distillery will consist of a “Cheato Mojito”, a “Pomegranate Spritzer”, and a “Gin Basil Smash”.
This will be a hands on course, so bring your aprons!!! Samples of all drinks & foods created will be available for your enjoyment.
The class will be held at 11712 E. Boone Ave in the Spokane Valley and starts at 5:45 P.M. and last until 8:30 P.M.. You must be 21 years of age or older.
Cost is $50.00 per person. Class size is limited. Both classes for $70.00 (a $10.00 discount)
