***French Dip Sandwich with Tangy Horseradish Cream, slow roasted top sirloin roasts, thinly sliced and heaped on a hoagie roll. Served with Aujus and Roxane's homemade tangy horseradish cream sauce.
Served with a citrus summer slaw and a mixed fruit salad with a peach white balsamic glaze. For dessert we will be serving a chocolate turtle cake.
