Christmas Dinner

Dinners: $35.00 per guest (plus tax & gratuity), (includes choice of 2 appetizers, salad, 1 main entrée, a side dish, vegetable, rolls, and dessert) (8 guest minimum)

Beverages: Bring what you like. We will purchase a banquet permit for you if you are bringing alcohol.

Entertainment: Bring your gifts and games for after dessert.

Appetizer choices: sausage stuffed mushrooms, baked brie with honey pecan sauce, assorted crostinis (3 varieties), Caprese kabobs,

Entrée choices: Apple cider braised pork roast with caramelized onions, ½ roasted Cornish game hen with cranberry chutney, clove & orange stuffed ham with rose cranberry compote, slow roasted top sirloin with creamy horseradish & aujus, apple brined whole turkey, beef & chicken kabobs, variety of chicken dishes, and 10 oz prime rib ($5.00 per guest extra).

Side dishes: mushroom risotto, gorgonzola potatoes, rosemary potatoes, roasted garlic potatoes, rice pilaf, garlic pasta. 
Vegetables: Moroccan spiced carrots, honey almond green beans, spicy cream corn, lemon broccoli, or sautéed mixed vegetables ($1 extra per guest)

All dinners come with our house salad with organic mixed greens, oranges, grapefruit, craisins, candied pecans, & homemade huckleberry vinaigrette. Served with rolls & butter.

Dessert choices: egg nog cream puffs or chocolate, caramel, & walnut tart or espresso panna cotta or spiced carrot poke cake with homemade caramel sauce.
