 Sautéed top sirloin with sautéed vegetables mixed with our homemade Szechuan sauce and served over a bed of rice. Served with an Asian slaw with soy-ginger vinaigrette, a rosemary garlic roll, and for dessert, “Homemade creamy fudge”.

*Vegetarian, pasta primavera with sautéed veggies
