24 hour brined pork shoulder, slow roasted, and mixed with sautéed mushroom, onions, garlic, and peppers and served over pesto pasta and topped with parmesan cheese.       
Includes a Garden salad with homemade basil green goddess dressing, a garlic roll,
and for dessert, “coconut key-lime poke cake”.  
(Vegetarian & gluten free available)
